The Intensive Week in Vilnius- Italian students perspective

Our experience in Vilnius enriched us in different ways and for different reasons.

Not knowing exactly what was expected from us and what our role was, we have dived into the various activities leaded by each country team and followed the guidelines proposed by each professor.

It has been very interesting to know and better understand the features of Residential Child Care in different countries, and learn about similarities and differences. This enriched our personal baggage with new concepts never heard and studied before.

Furthermore, what we really appreciated was listening to the concrete stories of how to deal with residential work; this has enabled us to make comparisons and bring a report about the different European realities back to our colleagues in Italy.
